ORDER

            All the Regional Jornt Directors and District Educational Officers in the state are invited to the reference cited above wherein the Honorable Chief Mimster desxres to provide Virtual Classrooms (VCR) facility for all the High schools in the state. You are aware that Schools are identified for setting up of VCR's and locations for district and state studios are identified. Budget estimates are to be given by DEO’s for establishing District Studios with the below enclosed facilities.

            In the above context to ensure effective monitoring and expeditious completion of the required civil works and other facilities at the schools a mobile application is developed and deployed in Google Play store for uploading pictures and other facilities in the schools relating to Virtual Classrooms.

         All the DEO's are instructed to give necessary instructions to the concerned Head masters for uploading the pictures of the completed civil works and other facilities available in the schools for establishing Virtual Classrooms. User manual for the application is enclosed. This may be treated as most urgent. Please be aware that Hon'ble Chief Minister Garu is directly monitoring progress.
