Guidelines for the formulation of annual plan 2018

Development Plan, Habitation Plan and Mandal Plan Shall be distributed to MEOs while conducting district level meeting and School Complex HM and Orientation to Mandal Educational Officer

⏩ School Developmont Plan, Habitation Plan and Mandal Plan at District level

⏩Orientation to School Headmaster and Chairman's on SDP & Habitation Plan at mandal level

⏩ Filling up of SDP, Habitation plans and conduct of Grama Sabha by Head Master, SMC Chairman and Sarpanch

⏩ Approval of SDP & Habitation plan by Grama Sabha.

⏩ The HMs ol the schools concerned should keep Xerox copies of the filled in Habitation Education Plan booklet,

⏩ School Development Plan with them for refcrence sake and future use

⏩ Conduct of meeting with Mandal Planning Core Team mem

⏩  preparation of mandal level plan Conduct of meeting with District Planning Core Team Membe

⏩Preparation and approval of District level plan

⏩ Involve DIET faculty at district level

⏩ orientation programme Constitute District level monitoring teams with DIET faculty and sectoral officers of SSA to observe Mandal level

⏩  orientation and preparation of plans at mandal and district level

⏩The budget towards payment of TA. DA to observers may be met from the budget head of Management Cost (contingency grant) of concerned DPOs for the year 2017-18

⏩ The presence of observers is mandatory during the mandal level

⏩orientation to habitation core teams All the MEOs are to be instructed to utilize the services of CRPs as observers at Gram Sabhas and monitor the preparation of habitation plan

⏩ The District Collector may be requested to address Sarpanches through MPDOs concerned for organizing Gram Sabhas. Similarly the MPDOs MEOs may be instructed to conduct mandal level meetings with Mandal Planning Teams under the Chairmanship of MPP for approval of mandal plans.

⏩ All the District Sectoral Officers DLMTs are instructed to monitor the overall plan programme especially their interventions.

⏩ The Project Officers may organize convergence meeting with all departments at the district level for preparation of district level plans under the Chairmanship of the District Collector

⏩The District Collector may be requested to organize a meeting with monitoring committee for approval of district plans under the Chairmanship of the District

⏩In-charge Minister Submit and get appraisal of district plans at the State Project office as per the schedule DEO & E.O POs should make a presentation of their district plans before state level appraisal team as per the schedule Preparation of the District Plan is not a one man activity and the responsiblity should be taken up by the District Project Office as a whole
