Order

        Adverting to the reference cited, all the Project Officers of SSA and District Educational officers in the state are informed that as part of the monitoring and supervision of ALA schools. the River Tide, Rishi valley has proposed to organize a joint monthly ALA DAY meeting in respective ALA programme divisions/cluster across the state to plan and review the required Support Therefore all the POs of SSADistrict Educational Officers in the State are hereby instructed to organize the ALA DAY meeting as given tentative schedule of division/cluster level meetings along with the name wise master coachers for relieving the ALA teachers. Further, they are requested to inform the ALA teachers to contact respective MCs to find out specific cluster meetings venues and also depute them to participate in their scheduled meetingsvenues. Further the POs of SSA are informed that The TA and DA of the of MCs and ALA teachers should be met from the respective school complex @100 per head for Cluster level meeting ALA meeting under the head of Cluster level meetings of AWP&B 2017-18. to
